With Summit’s Help, Hundred Construction Workers Received Wages by the Spring Festival 

俗话说：讨薪难，本案建设工程欠款的维权之路更是“路漫漫其修远兮”。时光回溯到2012年，金英律师事务所承办律师代理东华建设公司（“东华公司”）起诉帅能公司讨要工程款，2015年常州市中级人民法院判决支持东华公司的工程款，并对建筑物享有折价或者拍卖价款的优先受偿权。

Collecting construction payments was painful and a time consuming process for Donghua Construction Co. (DHC). Back to 2012, SUMMIT filed a lawsuit against Shuaineng Co. (SNC) on behalf of DHC to collect overdue construction payments. After 3 years battles, Changzhou Intermediate People’s Court upheld the claims of DHC, and granted DHC preferential rights to obtain payments from auction of the building DHC had constructed for SNC.  

判决生效后帅能公司申请再审，亦被江苏省高级人民法院裁定驳回。

After the judgement went into effect, SNC applied for a judicial review but overruled by Jiangsu People’s Supreme Court.

随后，金英继续代理东华公司申请强制执行，常州市金坛区人民法院（“金坛法院”）再次明确了东华公司的工程款优先受偿权。

SUMMIT then requested to enforce the effective judgement, Changzhou Jintan People’s Court (Jintan Court) reconfirmed the preferential right of DHC.

但好事多磨，帅能公司的其他债权人中成公司又提起执行分配方案异议之诉，并历经一审、二审。2018年2月1日，常州市中级人民法院终审裁定驳回了中成公司的起诉，金英代理的东华公司大获全胜！

However, nothing good comes easily. One of the creditors of SNC, Zhongcheng Co., filed a motion against the enforcement distribution arrangement made by Jintan Court. After the motion was examined and ruled by the primary court, Changzhou Intermediate People’s Court - the appeal court , finally dismissed the motion on Feb. 1^st 2018, rewarding DHC a completely victory.

眼见2018年春节将至，金坛法院执行局得知此案涉及的工程款项关乎大批建筑工人的生计后十分重视，千万元工程款年前全部执行到位，至此这起涉及建筑工人民生案件顺利执行完毕，建筑工人们也终于可以拿着工资安心回家过年了。

The construction payment was crucial to hundred unpaid construction workers as the Spring Festival approaching. The enforcement department of Jintan Court thus paid great attention to the case and ensured the construction payment was received before the Spring Festival. The construction workers went home with their wages for the Festival happily.
